H3 - Hunt Homestead Hybrid Learning
Where Strong Academics Meet Outdoor Adventure
We built the school we wished existed.
H3 was created by a full-time working, homeschooling mom who tried every version of homeschool imaginable — co-ops, traditional school, online programs, curriculum overload, and everything in between.
We wanted something different.
We wanted strong academics AND joyful childhoods.
So we created it….
At H3, children build solid foundations in:
✔ Reading
✔ Writing
✔ Math
✔ Spelling
— while learning through movement, exploration, nature, creativity, and connection.
Because we believe families shouldn’t have to choose between academic excellence and a love for learning.
Here, kids can truly have their cake and eat it too.
Our Philosophy
Learning works best when children are:
Outside
Engaged
Curious
Confident
Supported as individuals
Our hybrid model blends structured core curriculum with hands-on outdoor learning, giving students both the academic tools and life skills they need to succeed.
We don’t just teach lessons.
We build capable learners, problem solvers, and confident kids.

Meet your founder:
Hi, I'm Fatima Hunt - a full-time working and homeschooling mom of three, wife to a Fort Worth firefighter, and founder of H3 Schoolhouse. H3, Hunt Homestead Hybrid is rooted in family, connection, and meaningful learning.
With a Master's Degree in Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, I bring both academic knowledge and real-life experience into the learning environment I have created.
Like many parents, I wanted more for my children than crowded classrooms and one-size-fits-all education. Over the past several years of teaching and homeschooling my own children while balancing work and family life, I saw firsthand how much children thrive when they are truly known, supported, and taught as individuals.
This hybrid was born from that experience. I learned that when children are given the chance to take ownership of their education and develop accountability within their learning environment, they become more engaged, capable, and confident learners. My goal is to help each child grow from where they are, challenge them to level up their learning, and create a space where education feels personal, purposeful, and connected to life.
When our family isn't learning together, you'll usually find us outdoors, traveling, or working on our micro farm. Those experiences continue to reinforce my belief that the best education is hands-on, flexible, and rooted in the real world
